    Learn simple and effective techniques to help you navigate life’s challenges with more ease.

    Each week will be focused around a different theme, offering a blend of guided mediation, deep breathing, inner reflection, journaling and positive affirmations, to help you feel more connected to yourself, others and the world around you.

    This class is open to everyone, no experience necessary. The class is facilitated by our founder, Marie O’Neill, who is a holistic psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher and interfaith minister.

  • Women's circle

    Last Saturday of each month

    10am - 12pm

    For millennia women have gathered in circle to support and empower one another. Join us in this sacred space to embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and spiritual exploration.

    Each month, Marie will guide you through a carefully curated blend of mindfulness, meditation and other practices, designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul.

    This women's circle is a safe haven where you can connect with like-minded individuals, share your thoughts and experiences and cultivate meaningful relationships. Marie's compassionate and nurturing approach creates an atmosphere of trust and support, allowing you to explore your innermost desires, fears and aspirations and be empowered to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

  • Coping with anxiety

    Anxiety is something we all experience occasionally, but when it is severe it can have a seriously negative impact on all aspects of our lives.

    In this workshop our founder, holistic psychotherapist Marie O’Neill will share with you the most effective, scientifically proven methods for managing anxiety, drawing on the latest research in psychology, neuro-science and holistic health. You will learn simple and powerful habits, exercises and techniques to help you manage anxiety in different circumstances.

    You will come away with a comprehensive toolkit which you can use in your life going forward.

  • Inner child workshop

    Saturday 9th of March

    Inner child work is a powerful tool for healing past trauma and recovering long lost parts of ourselves, so that we can feel more whole and alive.

    No one has a perfect childhood. No matter how much our parents loved us we all experienced things that we couldn’t understand, that upset or scared us. It is never too late to revisit these events and bring healing to our own wounded inner child.

    In this therapeutic workshop we will cover what inner child work is and why it’s so powerful. You will be guided to connect with your inner child through meditation and journaling practice . You will be supported to heal past wounds in a safe space with like-minded people. You will also be given tools for continuing your relationship with your inner child in your everyday life.

  • Self care workshop

    Saturday 13th of April

    10am - 1pm

    at 20 Forth st

    In this therapeutic workshop we will go beyond the everyday perceptions of self care and learn about why it is so difficult to actually take steps to look after ourselves. We will delve deeper into our own limiting beliefs and come away with a clearer understanding of our own needs and how to meet them.

    You will be guided to connect with yourself more deeply to access parts of yourself that may need more care. You will also have the opportunity to create your own self care plan to take away with you and use in your daily life.
