At Space for the Soul we offer a holistic approach to counselling and therapy, combining evidence based practice with holistic tools such as mindfulness, meditation, somatic experiencing, self-care, personal and spiritual growth. We are committed to a deepening path of open-hearted living and awakening of consciousness for everyone.

We have a team of highly skilled therapists with a range of experience and specialisms to suit a variety of needs. Women’s Wellness Course

Starting in September 2024, our new 12 week women’s wellness course is designed to help busy women reclaim their lives, their health and inner peace. On this in person course you will be guided to reconnect with your true self, heal trauma, develop self compassion and find meaning and purpose though an in depth program of inner healing work, including meditation, jounaling and other therapeutic self care practices, which will help you navigate life’s challenges with more grace.
